All Hunnikick Lodge Events require a current medical form to be on file for all participating members.

Parts A and B are for all lodge events, and are completed by the individual arrowman (and his parent if under 18).  

Part C is for all lodge events longer than 72 consecutive hours (such as National Order of the Arrow Conference)

All medicals are valid for one year from the date on the forms.  The best time to renew them is with your annual dues payment.
