Family Banquet Not to Disappoint

This year’s Annual Family Banquet is sure to highlight the best of 2009 and charge our lodge to achieve success in 2010.

The banquet will be held on January 3, 2010 at Westampton Middle School, located across the street from the Scout Service Center. Arrowmen and their guests are invited to arrive at 5 p.m. for gathering time then catered dinner at 6 p.m. The program will follow shortly after that and should finish around 9 p.m.

All Hunnikick Brothers are encouraged to attend with their families and friends. The cost is $20 per person and kids under age 6 are free.

Much of the program will be dedicated to recognizing individual and lodge achievements over the past 12 months. All new 2009 Ordeal members will be acknowledged with an award, as will all Brotherhood members. The five new Vigil recipients will also be awarded with their national certificates.

Other awards include the James Service Award for Arrowmen who have demonstrated outstanding service to the lodge in the past year, as well as silver bordered lodge flaps for Lodge Executive Committee Chairmen.

Attendees will have a chance throughout the evening to purchase OA memorabilia and bid on historic Scouting and OA items in the silent auction.

The banquet also serves as a preview of the upcoming events in our lodge, including Conclave 2010 and the National Jamboree. Join us as we celebrate our past year and look forward to a bright future!
